REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
This policy regulates the right of withdrawal and return processes for distance sales made through BidoluReyon (“SELLER”).
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to himself or to the third party at the address indicated. Delivery day is not included in the calculation of the duration.
2. USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1. The notice of withdrawal must be sent to the SELLER in writing or via a permanent data storage device (e-mail, form on the site, etc.).

3. RETURN CONDITIONS
3.1. The product to be returned must be complete and unused, with its invoice (if any), unopened or used in accordance with the right of withdrawal; It is essential that the product complies with the instructions for use.
3.2. The right of withdrawal may be limited by law for products that are not suitable for return in terms of personal hygiene, health and safety (exceptions within the scope of legislation such as opened underwear, headphones, etc.).
4. RETURN CARGO
In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost of the goods is determined in accordance with the provisions of the legislation (in cases where it belongs to the consumer, it is borne by the BUYER). SELLER informs the return address and procedure.
5. REFUND
5.1. When the right of withdrawal is used properly, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. Refunds are made in accordance with the vehicle for which payment was made.
5.2. In transactions related to campaigns, gift products or discounts, legislation and campaign conditions apply.
6. DEFECTIVE GOODS AND WARRANTY
Defective goods and warranty claims are evaluated separately within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law and relevant legislation; This policy regulates the right of withdrawal processes.
